I absolutely adore and love this game and have had it for a total of like three weeks. It was a simple and honest mistake that i will never make again. If anyone could contact me about this id be the happiest soul. Thank you, hope to hear back.

Just an FYI, nobody from Bungie will contact you about this per their Account Ban and Restriction policy. They have never responded to posts regarding account bans or restrictions.

In this particular case, Bungie responded to the developer of one of the apps that may be causing the bans, not a player who has actually been banned or restricted. You’ll notice the Bungie.net account that created the post hasn’t even played D2. If this is the particular app that caused your issue, the best you can hope for is that Bungie works with the developer and makes an announcement regarding this issue. Per their policy, they won’t respond to you directly.
