Leave comp as it is. ( I mean this because of the proposition of splitting queues, that way the "logic"behind competitive being about teams stays. Which we all know in practice = stacked teams eating soloes.
Losing team ( does not matter if stacked or not ) should earn points based on K/D a ratio. A ratio could be implemented to give a % of points or not give points at all.
Other alternatives could be that only 3 or 4 places of losing teams lose poitns.
This way winners will always keep whatever well earned points they managed to get and soloes dont get punished by not having pvp friends.
I think its something fair that by no means harms queues

2 RespuestasIf you recieved more glory based on your k/d/a, I could see the good players and teams ignoring the objectives so they could farm the lesser players for higher k/d. Probably lead to a more toxic playlist.

Some players will try to protect there precious k/d...my preeeecioussss.

If you go negative you lose points, it’s competitive and progress, even if it’s sideways, shouldn’t be rewarded for performing badly. That’s the whole point, awarded for winning punished for losing. I agree though if a team mate leaves, for that match point loss is suspended, but so is point gain, if you happen to win

They could create more ranks with a smaller points threshold (like 200 - 300) and make deranking impossible. That way losses are less punishing. To help solo players out they could add the function to carry on playing with the same team, so if you come across team mates you like you can get a good win streak going more easily. They could also collect data from you about which team mates you enjoyed playing with and make it so you are more likely to get matched with them in the future. Absolutely none of this will stop the paid 5500 players from steamrolling the playlist day in day out and wasting everyone else's time though. Because of this happening all day every day I'm actually advocating the "no loss penalty" fix, even though it is a lesser solution. In the case of valor, yes it should absolutely be like the xp system and not focused on wins.

Just make Rumble grant Glory points so solo's have somewhere to go where they don't get farmed.

3 RespuestasIt’s fine how it is, I would introduce 3 weekly bounties to Glory though, 100 precision kills, 100 objectives played and 100 kills with each weapon type (50 for power) each offering 100 Glory points per completed bounty.

Give the people that are in the match a streak lost protection when a teammate bails. Countdown and that vault one just suck so badly when you are down 1 or 2 people.
