Well, every response you’ve given me seems to have been supercharged by your own perspective. Could you summarize it without being an asshole about it? Without telling me with every post that I’m a dumbass?

1st amendment rights can and are restricted on private property. This includes protesting on public school grounds. The law reflects the moral standard of the majority of people from the area it effects at a certain time. That sums it up, dumbass.
-
Editado por pValue2010: 10/6/2018 8:56:41 PMThat doesn’t mean she’s wrong to protest, and it doesn’t mean she’s wrong to protest in the way that she is. You ok?
-
Ok.. wow.. holy shit I’m actually at a loss for words. You make me sad. This is some r/facepalm shit right here. It is an actual travesty you can vote.
-
Are you ok?
-
Editado por MendicantBias: 10/6/2018 9:18:08 PMYes, I think you are not. I literally just painfully spelled out how she was wrong for the past hour, and you keep on going back to the same shit that I already answered. She is wrong because, she broke the law which she is subjected to because she chooses to live in Texas and attend public school there. This makes HER liable for her own actions and the punishment that she could receive. If you cannot understand this I have no idea what else to say. Edit: Choice is irrelevant in this matter.
-
I hope you can’t vote if you think the average high school student chooses where he or she lives... FFS. Grow up.
-
Choice is irrelevant. She attends a public school in Texas, she is not special. She must follow the rules like everyone else.
-
As should everyone in North Korea. The rules are not moral by default
-
You just proved my point. In North Korea rules are determined by an individual not a majority like in the US. How does it feel to be that stupid?
-
I was being ironic. Here you go with the insults again. Do you have low self esteem?
-
No, you just backed yourself into a corner by discussing a topic you have no clue about, and are trying to find a hole in my argument. The problem is I am using facts and logic that is not biased, or emotionally charged to debunk your argument. You seem to have your fingers in your ear.
-
Pot, meet kettle. Again you’re saying nothing of substance. What’s your point
-
I’m citing laws, how they work, why they work the way they do, and why it is necessary to abide by them. All your claim is Hurr Durr it’s not right. Already addressed your claim and provided an airtight claim that debunks yours. What you think is right doesn’t matter because the majority disagrees. In a legal since.
-
Why would you say “hurr durr” unless you have the mental intelligence of Hodor
-
So you believe that laws are morality right by default
-
Why do you think she chose to live in Texas? Why do you think she chose to go to that school? When I was in highschool, I certainly didn’t decide where I lived. How did you choose your high school smartass?
-
Her guardians chose to live in Texas. She could obviously choose to be home schooled. However choice is really irrelevant. She lives in Texas and goes to a public school, she is not special, she has to follow the rules like everyone else. You are lost cause, you are either so unbelievably biased your pea brain is doing gymnastics to try to protect your fragile perspective, or you are just a straight up idiot.
-
How can a kid choose to be homeschooled. With every response you call me an idiot, but you refuse to look in the mirror.
-
You just going to ignore the rest of my response dumbass. It’s quite simple ask your parents or guardians to be homeschooled or go to a private school.
-
Will you respond to the idiotic part I responded to? And here you go again.
-
I did, choice is irrelevant, she is not special. She has to follow the rules like everyone else.
-
This is irrelevant, but if I could guess, do you also believe in Jebus Christ?
-
So you believe that rules are automatically moral. Or you don’t care about morality
-
Editado por MendicantBias: 10/6/2018 9:33:38 PMRULES ARE DECIDED BY THE PEOPLE ELECTING OFFICIALS THEY BELIEVE TO BE MORAL TO PASS LAWS THAT REPRESENT THEIR BELIEFS. NO ONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOUR INDIVIDUAL MORALITY. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE PEDOPHILIA IS FINE HENCE WHY THE METRIC OF MORALITY(THE LAW) IS DEFINED BY THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN THE SAID AREA DURING SAID TIME. I JUST FŪCKING EXPLAINED THIS 3 POSTS AGO DO YOU HAVE FŪCKING ALZHEIMER’S OR ARE YOU JUST ILLITERATE?

Calm down little boy. I’m trying to have a discussion about what is right. There are many laws that are immoral.
