The game would instantly be 5x better to me if I could earn crucible and gambit loot and engrams by doing activities I enjoy, which is definitely not Destiny's god forsaken shotgun/sleeper/sniper/rocket 1 shot spamfest. I think instead of forcing people into modes they have zero interest in, that there should just be a weekly/daily pool of engrams that you can earn by doing any activity you choose. Right now this is just an Anthem waiting room for me. It could be more but goes out of its way not to be.
