This has probably been mentioned before but does anybody else think this feature should exist within the game. I get sick of having to switch up my gear and subclasses for different events. We should just be able to create up to 10 different loadouts to make this process faster.

I know this isn't in game but I use The vault app to make loadouts.
-
You can do that with DIM
-
Also add multiple mod slots so we can select one for each activity on the armour. Crucible , raids, strikes ect. Sometimes you want boss spec or major spec and the cost of infusing is so fcking broken right now it’s ruining customization .
-
The Division has it, Titanfall 2 has it, Call of Duty has had it for years, etc. Destiny? Nope. Why? "It's too hard....." -- Bungie
ishtar commander
But yeah a in game button click would be good

To be honest, this is something that I`ve wanted ever since the beginning of the game, years ago... I remember that for every raid or expansion I just made up a loadout of my own based on top endgame gear, but at times it was different. I just wanted to easily access setups with an idea such as yours, since I always was quick to create them for multiple in-game scenarios or enemy engagement. So I really want this to be a thing in the game. Good post!

6 RespuestasWhy not just get versatile gear if you're sick of changing? 🤔
-
Been wanting this since day one!
-
YES. IN GAME. Armor Loadouts would be very nice. Thank you!

1 RespuestaCouldn't agree more but I think 10 is a bit overkill. 3 or 6 loadouts seems suitable because then that leaves either 3 or 6 spaces to farm other bits of random gear unless they increase the amount of slots you have too. I'd just like to have one loadout for each subclass then maybe a spare PvP and Y1 loadout incase I need them. I was about to come and post the same thread here as I've never seen one mentioned before but you beat me to it. I also get that Alexa has an option for loadouts but I don't have an Alexa, I also don't want to go and spend at least another £50 on one just for Destiny (I already have a Google Home). Anyone using the logic of "Well Alexa has a loadout option for Destiny so you should just get one of those instead of asking for it in the game you paid more money for" needs their head checked.

The destiny ghost (alexa) has this already which you can get now for like 20 bucks its neat to have a ghost on your desk that lights up and gives you clan and d2 related news. You can also give it commands to load your crucible or raid or strike load out all you have to do is have the gear in your inventory
-
3 RespuestasWhat are you even talking about, we already have loadouts. It's called equipping the "loadout" you want for the activity you are about to do. Carry the gear on you that you need for each activity. You have 9 slots for each piece of gear... This idea is dumb.
-
I would love to see this happen
-
I agree. But destiny item manager does have this feature.

2 RespuestasEditado por Miofwin: 10/3/2018 7:43:01 AMI mean, how hard is it to just...switch gear...? I don't see how a few extra seconds is a big deal, sorry.
-
Sounds like you don't have an Alexa with a compatible ghost. It's really great 😬
-
Hey just because Sony was able to put this function in EverQuest prior to 2004 doesn't mean that we have the technology now...
-
Ok here's the kicker that it seems no-one is really aware of. 1. Loadout's have been in the game for some time now. 2. They are only available if you use Alexa (yes that Amazon voice recognition ai) and an echo. 3. The skill you install is called ghost and it has Ghost reply with lore explanations of the various races, loadout changes and saves for raid, crucible and power and also tell you which milestones are outstanding for the week. No...I really am not kidding.

9 Respuestasso you are that guy that eats wings in bed and whipes his hands with the sheets he

1 RespuestaMany item apps such as destiny item manager has loadouts you can build. So with the press of a button, you are ready to go. Its not in game, but I just don't see that as being a high priority for bungie at this time.
-
If you have Amazon echo aka Alexa you can make loadouts. I have those loadouts you mentioned setup already.
-
Everyone's gambit loadout would be ikelos shotgun, sleeper and [insert pulse rifle here]. Sounds even more lazy to me, now you wouldn't even need to bother taking the time to switch to the same three weapons.
-
4 RespuestasI cannot believe a game the complexity of Destiny 2 does not have loadouts. For me this is a number one "no brainer".
-
It would be nice if Bungie added this, but I think Destiny Item Manager has a feature like this already. If you don't have it you should check it out.

Editado por Jared: 10/3/2018 8:29:34 AMI think it's nice that the game has improved enough that we are now asking for things that aren't absolutely essential to the function of the game :)
-
Its one thing to be all for it, but the part where you say you're sick of having to switch stuff around...thats just pure sad and lazy-ness.
