• Damn, you have a .19 k/d? Destiny decided you weren't worthy and took care of the situation in the best possible manner!
I'm just messing with you! That's better than the k/d my Hunter carried on my main account for the first year of Destiny. ;) Hope you get it sorted out soon and I also hope to see you in Crucible.

on the other team.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLAY.

Again... IT'S A JOKE PEOPLE! :)
• Hello, Try to restore your licenses. Since you said "trophies", I'm assuming you play on PlayStation? If so: 1. Log into the Playstation account that purchased the content. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Go to Account Management. 4. Select Restore Licenses. Choose OK when finished. 5. Go to the PS4 Library, select Purchased, and select the game in question. - For games, select Download to begin the downloading process. - For downloadable content, select PlayStation Store to find the digital content in question. If the content has already been downloaded it will display [Purchased]. If I assumed incorrectly, check out this Restoring Licenses link. But if that gives you no luck, like RedPhoenix said, you will have to contact Xbox, PSN, or Blizzard Support to fix your issue.

    • Talk to XBL, PSN, or Blizzard. That’s where your licenses and files came from. They will have the records. Bungie is not a retailer.

If it's not a license issue, It's possible someone with access to your account has deleted your game. I would suggest you change your password and be careful who you let use your stuff. If you are game sharing or are not the main account owner, you'll need to work this out with whoever has the main account or was sharing with you. If you own the game and are on a console, you can redownload it and DLCs from the PS Store or Xbox Marketplace found on your dashboard. Open the store app and do a search for Destiny 2. If you're on PC, you can install it from Battle.net. As long as you are using the same account, your characters should still be there. If you have lost your characters or any items they were carrying because someone deleted them and not just your game install, then unfortunately Bungie cannot help you restore them.
