The problem is it’s 1 more extra, unnecessary, overkill requirement. As if glimmer, shards, AND planetary materials isn’t enough already ON TOP OF the RNG to actually get the right drop in the right slot that you needed. When 80% of your powerful engrams for the week gave you Edge Transit, and you finally get some boots and want to up your reverie dawn set, but can’t because to go buy 3 cores will cost you 70 Legendary Shards. And no, I don’t need ANOTHER tedious material collection activity or bounty. You said you wanted to force us to explore The Dreaming City, right? That’s why we can’t get sensible fast travel points, right? So why are you going to divert me to replay more older material on more empty planets like Mercury to earn some cores when I should he spending my time trying to find some lore bones and taken eggs???????? The armor system was already augmented before to make it so players could look the way they wanted. Now, we’re back to all looking ridiculous. Like, the idea of having to wait another day, just to switch helmets is stupid — because you don’t have that FOURTH currency. Stubbornness always will be the downfall.
