This exotic isn't for everyone probably, but for me it solved a couple of problems and made me a better randy rando in strikes. Maybe its because I am just not very good, or old, or slow thumbs, (barely over 1.1 lifetime kd, so.....) but I could never find a great combo for strikes and other pve that I could use for pvp without changing a lot. The Cerebus dropped for me the other day, and I've paired it with the scorn void pistol and syphocant arms on my titan striker...in strikes, once the other team mates figure it out so they can hang back and support some, I just wade in early and often, let the arms proc and reload for me and keep me alive, and the cerebus works at close range just great on the yellow bars, with the minor mod scorn picking up the slack. Fun way to play. I'm only about 535, so I don't know how this will work with high level content, but I'll find out in dream city today. The Cerebus actually hits crits pretty well if you aim and are close enough, obviously its better on large targets where everything hits. I like it better than submachine guns or pistols, without the ammo problems of shotguns.
