Okay, how about some more questions: Are streamers Destiny 2 Game Developers? Does every single scrap of feedback from them get put into the game? Are they trying to provide helpful feedback to make the game better or just make money? My answers (opinions) are below:
No, but the one exception I can think of is Holtzman because he had a contract with Bungie, but he was not allowed to make any videos on his time at Bungie or discuss any of his opinions publicly until his contract ended. He did make a video on his channel explaining his time at Bungie and he still can’t really speak about any specifics because of contract agreements.

No, because I’ve heard from a couple of streamers that when TTK in PvP was slow as garbage, they said it was fine as is and look what happened to change this expansion?

I highly doubt that Destiny streamers are in it for the money (even though to some of them it’s their JOB). Sure, during Curse of Osiris most of them started playing different games more instead of D2, but looking a view counts during the sh**y time that was DLC 1, most people still watched people like Datto and 5000watts for Destiny alone. They’ve always talked about the long term future of the game instead of how to make a quick buck.
Streamers most certainly have vested interest sucking up to Bungie. After the Streamer Summit many things about the game went in the tank. The Streamers suggested what they wanted not what the player base necessarily wanted. Freebies and money drive streamers why else would they make the investment to get in to streaming without possibility of return on investment and other monetary gain. Of course they talk about the long term future of the game they want to keep the gravy train going. The streamers are in it for themselves and not the player base. Most of them anyway. I have nothing against people making money but running over other people to do it is very shoddy. Most of these streamers hype the games and DLC's to start with to get them sold for the developers and then a couple of months in when it comes to light that they were trash the streamers suddenly change their tune and trash it. A total idiot can see this going on from the cheap seats.
