Blame Bungie who make Bounties that require you to bank 10x large blockers and other Blocker type bounties!

This. I mean, people are -blam!-ing stupid.. but these bounties force them out from standing afk at spawn or standing staring at the heavy ammo spawn for 2 minutes.
