This forum is plagued with posts regarding primarily these two issues in the game. Some of my posts included. Has Bungie made any response to these issues on any media platform what-so-ever?? I can't find anything. Seems like they are intentionally ignoring the fact that a lot of us are very unhappy with the current state of these two issues. The masterwork core economy is a freakin' black hole and the exotic drop rates are a joke. I remember in D1 when we either relied on slightly improved RNG from the use of 3oC stacks, or Xur to potentially give us what we wanted. They removed 3oC and there is not alternative to grinding for exotics. The vast majority of exotics acquired are Y1 weapons. Yeah there is a power leveling boost progression, but that is not the purpose of exotics in a game where they are currently this rare. Exotic armor from Y1 is fine due to random rolls but Forsaken exotics are a myth for me at least. Thank God for quest exotics. Bungie needs to address this issue in some form. The community isn't going to just move on and forget that they are being bent over a barrel here.
