Got it to drop from a game of gambit. Quickly got disappointed, my light level is 541, it dropped at 546 an I barely did damage to anyone. I was literally doing 51 damage per arrow an 59 damage per arrow with the lighting perk active... I couldn’t even one shot a Yellow bar turret with my lighting perk active even though it was a precision shot. it only took half its bar away. I main bows, using bows in pvp is essential to me, but taking this Ghoul into pvp is pointless. Where are all the perks at? It doesn’t come with Sneak bow, Explosive Head, Snapshot sight nor rampage?! Why is compact arrow shaft a perk on this exotic bow? All that does is give me 4 more arrows. Lighting rod does laughable damage to yellow bars an shielded bars. Split electron: fires an arrow that splits into three. This perk does nothing. You do the same damage you would have done with a single arrow. It also takes way to long to draw this arrow back, SPEED NEEDS TO BE INCREASED! Drawing this bow back while aiming needs to be unlimited. This bow only has 4 perks an three of them are useless.
