It needs to last longer and have better hit detection, I only use it cause of the perks involved with it but other than that it's pretty garbage, spend half the super trying to get to someone and it's damage output is meh
EDIT: oh wow first trending post, I want to state that I for one am fine with the crouching to go invis I do it all the time PVE wise
It may not need to last longer but for lords sake let us actually run super fast ya know..its a SUPER

1 RespuestaI had a feeling I should have went for the third arc strider tree when I got my second seed, but the perks on the wraith sounded so much better.
-
1 RespuestaNope not until they fix the hit detection on the Sentinel subclass.
-
Melee weapons and supers have shit hit detection, and I REALLY wonder why when the Crota Sword is mostly smooth, you know?
-
Guys its melee hit detection your asking Bungie to fix. You'll have better luck beating a dead horse back to life. Bcuz that's all asking bungie to fix hit detection is. Beating a dead horse.
-
Who else thinks shattering strike should proc when you go invis in super mode? Kinda weird how basically enter flawless execution but our melee won’t proc shattering strikes.
-
5 RespuestasNo fist rule of being a hunter never ask for buffs because we will recive a nerf Remeber bladedancer
-
3 RespuestasThe abilities are difficult to synergize. Focus much recharge on the melee cool down, use your best precision weapons and wear Stompees and it makes it work much better. The super, however, is mainly supplemented by the exotic chest piece that specifically extends it's duration.

7 RespuestasI like it In pve, you have a debuff whenever you want without needing tractor cannon or a cooldown like melting point/any rift. Grasps of Arm...😂 or whatever its called and EP shotty is a perfect pairing with this subclass. There's a perk called firmly planted that synergizes with this subclass. In pvp, the wall hacks are def the best. Its def a different playstyle that requires a higher level of thinking. Use the perk firmly planted, slide around the corner and have all the buffs to melt someone. ( The medly, a 600 rpm auto has the perk. probably in the collection ) Graviton forfeit for longer invis and longer debuff. Invis cools down smoke. Rat king.... The grasps are a pve choice that are dandy with it. This subclass isnt a run and gun playstyle. Its more of stalking and suprising. Use your perks towards grenade and class cooldown. As graviton forfeit/gamblers dodge will cooldown smoke In d1 bladedancer was probably the least use subclass in pve and the best pvp subclass overall. I can see this subclass being more utilized in pve and not as polarizing in pvp

Hits don't register half the time. Damage is poor. Duration is crap. First new super I unlocked for my hunter. Was looking forward to having bladedancer back. Barely use because everything else outshines it

Editado por Fartmonkey: 9/21/2018 11:58:39 AMWhile they are at it they should fix sentinels hit detection. I agree with you, I was running Cerberus+1 in Crucible and shot the living hell out of him at mid range, when he finally got close I punched him in the face and killed him, that's just sad man. He was trying to melee the air to get to me only to meet my titan fist.
-
The duration is quite low compared to other roaming supers. It’d be nice to have the base blade super length. Also I never thought I’d see a super with comparable hit detection to Y2 Bladedancer, this one might be better if it had more lunge range or faster movement speed.
-
Hit detection definitely needs work.
-
hit detection for all melee based supers need a once over tbh. But as far as wraith goes the only buff i'd like is slightly better super damage. make it an actual factor in pve and like every other melee super in pvp where you only need 2 hits not 3.
-
1 RespuestaYes. Yes. Buff it. The duration is trash, the lunge distance is trash, the heavy strikes for me never hit, and if i do hit they never get registered as hits. Flawless execution is hardly utilized and requires chaperone to *consistently* pull off by slide shotgunning. Which means you're pigeon held into playing with only thag weapon. Also while we're at it the way of the current is ALSO trash, or if we're being kind massively underwhelming. The melee is underwhelming and locks on awkwardly, the deflection (in my experience) in pve has been awful with the deflected shots hardly hitting the targets, and lastly ebb and flow seems to be bugged or something because it doesn't give energy back to abilities or it's so little that it's negligible. The only good subclass with synergy and a purpose is 1000 cuts. It's meant to burn via throwing knives and do massive dps damage through its super.
-
If they buff our movement speed a little and fix the hit detection, or give us a lunge on our swipes, we’ll be awesome. Also fix sentinel titan hit detection too.
-
No it needs a nerf. Buff Warlocks and Titans ;)
-
7 RespuestasIt’s good if you can play the game
-
5 RespuestasThere is an exotic that extends it duration
-
Just use arcstaf with raiden solved
-
Buff Edge Transit you mean??!
-
6 RespuestasIt lasts longer if you’re invisible. It’s meant to play like an assassin, not like Poledancer where you can just dodge straight at an enemy til they’re in range.
-
7 RespuestasEditado por Usedtobeabear: 9/20/2018 1:41:36 PMI don’t have it yet, but it will be the first new super I get on my hunter. I’ve only ever seen people wreck house with it and maybe seen 1 or 2 get killed mid super Well, the consensus is “no void blades no no” so I guess I’ll take the blade barrage one instead. Or just put it on my Titan since I still don’t have code of the missile lol
-
I have a panic attack every time I hear spectral blade in pvp. I haven’t used it, but I’ll say it doesn’t feel underpowered on the other end.
-
This. This is a major issue along with the scout rifles damage and the economy and loot drops
-
5 RespuestasIt’s perks need straightening as well. Who crouches in Destiny again? No one? We got this Bungie? Crouching is death. Seriously not sure how they manage to mess it up but they did. Also, the hit detection has me flying through the air and running on water. D1 blade dancer didn’t have this issue. I did notice some really bad hit detection as well. Needs to be corrected without a doubt.
-
3 RespuestasDuration is arguably fine, but hit detection and targeting do need a fix. No reason why I lunge away from a target I'm next to and aiming at after every 3rd swing against small enemies. Big ones like ogres are fine in that regard
