So I aim at an enemy through the viewfinder or whatever it's called, and fire. The enemy strafes to the side a little and the rocket misses. Clearly it doesn't follow the aimed enemy. What am I doing wrong?
Edit: I think I got it. Targeting breaks when you leave the viewfinder. So you can't lock target, fire and leave ADS.

Leaving ADS breaks the lock.

You will hear a noise when it locks on target but I have noticed it still doesn’t track that long. Especially pvp.

There's audio cues that let you know that it's locked on. Takes a second.

You have to give it a second or two to lock on. You might be firing too fast
