Iron Banner not dropping tokens
I’m not getting Iron Banner tokens when I win or lose? I’ve spoken to Saladin and my bounties are going up, but no tokens are dropping even when the rest of my clan mates are getting them. Any ideas ?

Power cycled my Xbox last night for a third time. Woke up this morning and played a game of IB and got rewards. Fairly certain the patch didn’t address this issue, so if you’re still having it, definitely clear your cache. Hold the power light on the consoles down until everything shuts off, unplug box and leave unplugged for a while. Worked for me after leaving it unplugged for hours. Didn’t work after leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes.

23 wins my buddy has been getting 10 per win thats 230 tokens lost 14 losses my buddy has gotten 5 per loss thats 70 tokens lost 300 tokens all together

2 RespuestasI was really looking forward to grinding but I can't get any tokens myself. I'm a Hunter and completed Forsaken, and I've been looking forward Iron Banner for a while now. It's not fair watching the feed in the bottom left when a match is complete and people are getting these rewards, and then other people commenting how they're getting Tokens and I'm not. Would be great if Iron Banner has its time extended to a later date when the issue is fixed. But I'd agree that some form of compensation might be great too because whilst playing all of the Iron Banner games for the Bounties, it felt too repetitive and it's almost making me not wanting to play anymore.

i played 10 IB matches yesterday with 0 tokens rewarded. gave up until fixed

3 RespuestasPlayed 13 matched of IB last night with my clan, not one post game drop. Hawthorne bounties, the 5 crucible matches with clan completed, the 10, was still 0/10 after 13 matched. 0 tokens dropped even though I should have earned 105, 5 losses, 8 wins. I've had issues with Hawthorn Clanmate Crucible bounties since Forsaken dropped. This has been mainly on my Warlock.

Also not getting any tokens drop from games. Not progressing in any clan bounties either. Will i get the tokens back dated? I've played so many games with the clan today. :/

Come on bungie fix this crap. No tokens, no end match drops. Clan crucible bounties don't work yet your looking into nerfing sleeper. Priorities bungie!

Yup I got the same treatment. Just honestly trying to complete bounties and then chalking this IB up to a loss, because I see other people getting rewards for match completions and I am getting literally nothing for even match completions, no glimmer or otherwise. 5 years into a game and they can't get an event they've had since Beta right, I've honestly lost so much faith in this franchise because of all the little shit over the years.

Bungie are people affected going to be reimbursed for missed gear/tokens. Or eligible for a refund? Given the nature of this bug seemed by persistent since launch

Just wanted to update that I uninstalled and reinstalled all Destiny 2 files on my Xbox One and cleared system cache. Still not receiving tokens, item drops, xp, or bounty tracking. Getting some kind of update from Bungie would be much appreciated.

What’s the likelihood of this bug being fixed before the end of the Iron Banner event? Will we get the tokens retrospectively?

Same is happening for me, I'm playing as a hunter and my bounties progress. No tokens at all from IB. No issue in crucible though.

(EU servers - in case that helps) Really hope this is fixed soon, otherwise for many of us the first IB week of this season is essentially redundant. There’s new content out there that we can’t properly access, if at all. Edit: Scan + repair on Battlenet (multiple times) did absolutely nothing either.

Same thing happening here everyone else in my house is getting their Iron Banner things except for my account. The only thing I am able to get credit or things through is the bounties. It's getting very frustrating!
