Usually a weapon actually is OP though. AoS isn't at all.

Ace of Spades, by stats and gameplay, is the best Hand Cannon too use in PvP in the whole game. However, I don't have it, and would prefer a quicker, more stable gun, like West of Sunfall or possibly Trust when i get it. But, it's AoS over powered? I don't think so. It's completely counterable like all other hand cannons, and it still requires a decent aim to greet a kill with it, unlike Better Devils where you can shoot someone's foot and the explosive payload will crit the head

You've been watching too many youtube videos :P It's not the best hand cannon in PvP. Lunas Howl and Not Forgotten are better. And I'm sure an argument can be made for others too (like crimson). It can 3 tap (like the others in its type), and has pretty good range. It's not a monster.
