Here's how matchmaking is supposed to work:
A group of friends decides to play PvP together. They are all in a coordinated group over voice chat with the ability to make constant callouts, coordinate their loadouts, and know how to play witch eachother. When they enter matchmaking...the matchmaking will default them to playing with another full-team premade group. If the queue goes on for way too long...it will start searching for a full-team premade -1 if it's not a ranked system that measures K:D.
Here's how YOUR matchmaking works:
Team 1: 6 man premade clan team all in perfect sync all using Inaugural Address and coordinating their Supers and map control perfectly.
Team 2: a bunch of random jackoffs, one that's AFK, one that rage quits 5 minutes in, and the rest that effectively have to play 1v6 because coordination is out the damn window.
This is not fun. It is not enjoyable to anybody except the people that exclusively play as a full premade group because they can be assured that they'll be paired with a bunch of uncoordinated pugs because your playerbase has dropped so god damn low that you have to sabotage basic matchmaking functionality just to keep queue times down.
There is absolutely no excuse for this. Virtually every single competitive game actively on the market has matchmaking filters in place to stop this from happening for good reason. Piss off bungie.

They need to not allow fire teams in quick play

Stop going in solo and get a team.

5 RespuestasI think it's just fine. The sandbox allows for people to play and excel now versus teams. I play with friends and solo, it's fine as it is. You won't always win, but you can still do well as a solo for yourself.
