-Let me start by saying i give ALOT of credit to the folks who actually create the content...they do a great job!!!
However...the people at Bungie who make stupid decisions like "Cannot reacquire randomized gear" and decide Masterwork Cores need to be an infusion material...those people need to be fired IMMEDIATELY.
Like honestly how stupid can you be? Who are these people and what the hell is there problem?
-Maybe Bungie needs an Oversight Committee so that terrible decisions dont even end up in the game in the first place.
It's been a week since Forsaken dropped...and for the first time in 5 years im actually considering giving up on this game. Not because it's too hard...but because stupid people making stupid decisions are ruining the experience for me and probably alot of other players as well.
Fix these issues or im out. And so are alot of other people.

1 RespuestaI like how people respond to these posts. They ignore the source if the frustration and simply ridicule the OP. Understand what drives people who take up this hobby to make posts like this. Frustration. And the whomever is in charge of game systems is not doing a very good job. Adding collections for old, essentially irrelevant gear was nice, but leaving new gear out of the loop is stupid. There is a cost involved in obtaining gear from the collection. Make the cost high, and let people grab random versions of weapons. It has NO impact on the rest of the game. If someone wants to wast materials to try and generate a good roll, so -blam!-ing what. Perks, thankfully, do not really mean that much, and it is no different than farming up materials and farming reputation engrams. The economy is overly complicated and needlessly expensive. This should not be a game about farming materials, it should be a game about finding loot. Also, there needs to be a very clear exchange rate for currency. And consistency. If 5 materials costs 5k glimmer or 1 legendary shard. Then 1 shard is worth 5k glimmer. Which also means that 5k glimmer should cost 1 shard. Not 2. If materials are to be used for rep, then the cost should be much lower for both infusion and reputation. A lot of the changes are in the game to artificially increase time played. The disparity between what we get from nodes, chests, activities and the cost of infusion/rep it too high. 25 to infuse, and what? 30 or 40 to infuse? It's just annoying.

7 RespuestasMore like smart move. If you were allowed to obtain randomized equips then you'll keep rerolling until you get the stats you want. Which in terms takes away the grind. That was a good move on bungie part. As for the masterwork cores. We could use other methods to obtain them.

3 RespuestasI went back to Destiny 1. Apparently Bungie can't do better than that anyway, and Destiny 2 is too expensive to keep playing.
-
12 RespuestasMan i cant agree. The game is in a great place now.

Why are idiots allowed to breed is the real question...
-
Well... ... ... ...bye!

3 RespuestasEditado por jcald--: 9/13/2018 6:28:30 PMYou may think it's trash but I'm having a blast. If you could pull random weapons out of collections there wouldn't be a legendary weapon grind. Infusion isn't bad unless you feel the need to infuse every item before you are at or near 600 light. I've earned more cores than I've used.

Agree very much.

1 RespuestaThere are so many things in the Year 2/Forsaken update that are ruining my experience with the game that I actually had to start posting here again for the first time since the Halo 3 era in order to point them out. Infusion is screwed. Clan XP/Bounty system is screwed. My framerate and performance is screwed. Toggle ADS was screwed for me until yesterday.

3 RespuestasWell you cant fire the people who don't work for Bungie. This was asked for at the community summit they had a while back. I commented on the same issue in another thread... I am not sure if they will change it back because it's what we wanted, apparently. I was watching a big Destiny streamer yesterday and he stated that they asked for this at the community summit a while back. Apparently, we wanted to make infusion mean something and you should wanna work to infuse that piece of gear. I guess the streamers and youtubers decided what we have in the game now. So yeah, can't fire streamers and youtubers lol.

21 RespuestasThey had the infusion, leveling, progression, vendor, and loot systems perfect in Year 3. Then they decided to make them complete shit in D2.

1 Respuesta
Why does Bungie hire idiots?
Cause they're cheap.

12 RespuestasUsually when you call out people on their intelligence, you should try to at least have a decent grasp on the English language first. This literary vomit you have written, is like watching a child try to explain the theory of relativity to a scientist.
-
the title of this thread says more about you than it does about them.
-
They probably think the same thing about you for not thinking it's a good idea. One man's trash is another man's treasure as the saying goes.
-
3 RespuestasYeah, calling people who are trying their best in a profession based on iterative development isn't cool. It's fine that you are frustrated and there are some points in what you've said but maybe tone it down a little and show a bit of respect? :/

All companies hire idiots. Im sure theres a few where u work too. What kind of question is this?

7 RespuestasEditado por Der Sheff: 9/13/2018 6:01:31 PMAre they idiots or do you simply lack the ability to understand progression? What would be the point of grinding for gear if gear could be re-acquired in our inventory? That would eliminate the content loop. Admittedly, they could have fixed rolls that change on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, per season). Regarding the masterwork cores, I see this being a temporary issue; you get them from armor and weapons and can buy them from Spider. I don’t like them being part of infusion, but it take like two? Sometimes none. In the end, I think your post is a touch juvenile and doesn’t serve your point very well.
-
I thought you were out a long time ago based on your past several posts within the last week.
-
Youre the idiot. Next.
-
Well seeing as you’re not an employee at bungie they haven’t hired idiots yet.
-
1 Respuesta1. "No one can see past a decision they don't understand." - remember this for the rest of your life 2. "ALOT" = a lot, a lot is a group or collection, so you have A 'lot', not "alot'.

2 RespuestasMasterwork Infusion: A very clear sign to tell people to use the New -blam!-ing Gear and not just perma-infuse. Same with the resource requirements. I -blam!-ing hate it, but it's a logical decision. Randomized gear: How would collections work? Random roll every time? One fixed roll? First roll? Last roll? None of those solutions are really good.
-
Editado por Dubufu: 9/13/2018 10:41:27 AM"Cannot reaquire randomized gear" Then just....give me a standard one. And it's always going to be randomly rolled when I find it...so I can't re-obtain something sitting in my collections? I WANT to use your weapons bungie but I keep getting -blam!-ing Edge Tranzit from your shitty powerful gear engrams. If I found it, I should be able to get something back at least. And I wish I could PUT RANDOM ROLLS ON OLD GEAR. The Solstice of heroes gear is completely useless because you can't get rolls on it. ANY old eververse "exclusives" cannot acquire random rolls Now i'm glad it didn't grind for these exclusive gear sets...

Editado por H0WOOD: 9/13/2018 11:06:39 AMGoogle wasn't hiring? First thing I'd like is the absolute blind moron who designs Warlock Helmets gets the boot! FFS, has this idiot no idea what the shape of a humanoid head looks like! Matey, the eyes are side by side. You know, like cats. They are NOT, NOT, repeat, freakin NOT one above the other!!!!!!! cheeeeeesssshhhhh.....

Yeah, I have a list of pet peeves and it has been growing at a steady rate. My current gripe is tying the remaking to 2 Subclass unlocks the the Blind well and RNG. Bungie -blam!-ed that one up badly.
