If you think about it we are murderers. We are basically undead killing machines.
-
Me? I kill things in style and enjoy it. Invisible arrows shooting every one till they’re dead? Aw sorry, that was me.
-
16 RespuestasHe was right. We are murderers. We murder every Eliksni we find just because they are what they are. We have this undying need to protect the Traveler for some reason and kill everyone who tries to take it from us or threaten it.
-
We are more than Murders, we are Gladiators and Protectors ... Sure both of those have killing in them. But the one is also about keeping something SAFE
-
We’re undead killing machines killing time conquering robots, Darwinist-worm-loving aliens, four-armed aliens that can’t let go of a relationship, and space turtles that blew up our gjallarhorns. No, we’re not angels of light who have done nothing wrong, but we’re better than those we kill.
-
Because every where we go..we get shot at 1st...so we shoot back
-
2 RespuestasEditado por NeonPropose: 9/13/2018 6:58:48 AMYeah. But if you think about we’re also kells of three of the five main houses from D1. We killed Skolas and Draksis. (Yes I know Mara is technically the kell but go with me here). Uldren killed Craask taking over house kings/dusk, who was then killed by us. So yeah. We’ve also showed the traveler our might, which is part of house rains prophecy.
"Before him, foes will flee or fall. But he will heal the houses, make them whole." "The Great Machine will marvel, moved by might, and come to crown him Kell of Kells." What Whirlwind whisked away will be rewrought, and every kell and ketch will kneel to the Kell of Kells."
So in theory, we’re also kells. We outrank the mad bomber.

1 RespuestaSee I’m glad Forsaken finally brought this internal conflict to light, just like Uldren Sov said; “the line between light and dark is so very thin, which side are you on?” We’re no better then the hoards of races we shoot down, we protect a being who could easily leave us like it did with the fallen.
-
And the Scorn are also undead killing machines... Pot calling the kettle black

Editado por Dagoth Tokodia: 9/11/2018 4:25:46 PMyes we are but in our defense we were invaded by the Cabal, Oryx and Crota wanted to see us dead even before they knew us, and the Vex are converging with everything, the only people that we can reason with to get the majority of the race is the Eliksni which we have been killing to many of them for far to long.
-
1 RespuestaSo are they, if you think about the Guardians and the Fallen, they're not different, neither side wanted to negotiate (except for Mithrax of course) but both sides are struggling, I mean the fallen seem to be everywhere at once while the human race is forced to stay and never really go out The point is, if the Fallen are trying to "survive" maybe they should pack it up and hit the road (or space) or at least try to meet us in the middle for Peace, I'm pretty sure Zavala will have his suspicions (that dirty blue motherfu--) but time will rid him of his suspicions and either befriend them to end a meaningless genocide or pull an Oryx and wipe them out as a species
-
1 RespuestaDoes that mean we just let humanity die? For all we know the Traveler May be the true villain, but enemies like the Cabal, hive and vex. They just want us dead or different reasons. Fallen are a little different though because they used to have the Traveler. And we’ve had a few fallen alliances. But we are exactly that. A war machine. All to protect the remaining surviving humans.
-
2 RespuestasYep. We totally asked to be invaded by multiple alien species, and to have our species nearly hunted into extinction. We should have all just laid on our backs and pissed straight up into the air. I think I see where the writers are trying to go with this. Figures.
-
1 RespuestaNo war is without casualties. The difference between vengeance and justice is only a matter of perspective.
-
1 RespuestaEditado por CannyJack: 9/13/2018 1:03:25 PMYup. The Barons laid it on pretty thick with the murderer thing - "did it make you feel good?" and all I could think was "Is that supposed to make me feel bad? I'm an undead space knight murderhobo. I'll kill things for the 20 glimmer in their pocket, so it's not like I need a reason." I mean, when that one enemy said "Killing is ALL you do!" I thought, "Wrong. I also dismantle shaders."
-
1 RespuestaThe fallen are free to pack up and get the -blam!- out of the system at any time, but they choose to stay instead. Their own fault for being dumbasses
-
Yep that’s what gaurdians are. But then the game is a shooter game.
-
They attacked us. The darkness is trying to wipe US out. Any force that stands in the way of that is an enemy and will be eliminated. The only thing this game needs is for the enemies and NPC's to recognize that WE are the ultimate guardians, our word is law, step up or get out of the way. FOR THE HORDE!!! Er, um, go Vanguard.
-
Yes. I have no issue wiping out the Vex, Cabal, and hive, but we need to form an alliance with the Fallen. At this point, having to kill them is just sad. They’re just trying to survive, and everywhere they go, we show up and try to wipe them out.

100k confirmed kills on my part confirms Unfortunately

Editado por Circadian Wolf: 9/12/2018 3:29:04 PM“Remember the hope that brought us here. Remember the age before the Whirlwind, when ether ran free, when we ruled ourselves and our futures as kings. We wanted more than glimmer and glints and herealways. Always remember that we came to this star in hope. And remember that we were denied! Remember the City of the Death of Children, the City That Docks, which claimed for itself the Great Machine that might have saved us. Remember the City that even now sends its ghouls to murder our Primes, starve our ether, and leave our young to die gasping. Curse that City and its name. The curse is just.” ~Skolas, former Kell of Wolves
-
Not really. We kill in self defense or to ensure the survival of our entire race, which is already struggling to survive.
-
Eh, fine with me
-
The mad bomber is right. I am a killing machine!
-
That's the entire point of this DLC.
-
1 RespuestaMakes me remember the grimlore about the Ghost Shaped flower.
-
1 RespuestaGranted everyone decided to kill us before we did. Most of the time, we are defending.
