Where is the customer support? terrible system.
i bought a destiny 2 forsake collection which comes with 3 character xp boosts, i deleted a character to reset the stats and then I was going to use my boost but when I did that my boost was gone.
I am owed a level 30 instant boost.
also I had xp boosts from a kellogs promotion and discovered the xp boosts was "real time" and not game time, which is not stated anywhere on the xp boost or product, which is false advertising and very misleading.
also why would a video game have a real time setting is beyond inconsiderate for gamers.
make me an offer of resolution before I escalate this issue to small claims, I'll give you a week.

2 RespuestasHey there, Did you use our character boost on your current Titan? It looks like you jumped to the heroic daily story missions pretty quick. Please note that you will only receive a single character boost for Forsaken bundles. As for the experience booster, that is pretty typical for items such as this. They are a one time use that will only last a set time.

4 RespuestasYou might want to recheck your purchase, I have not seen any package advertised with 3 boosts. Your claim of false advertising does not hold up based on your assumption that it is play time and not real time. They advertised code was valid for for X amount of time, which it was.
