Sorry but not getting a single exotic after about 40 hours of grinding isn’t going to keep us playing. Find a rate that’s reasonable but right now it’s too low and not fun at all. Only one person in my clan got an exotic drop this week and it was a prosecutor, which was from the game last year...not fun, not fun at all.

Same here been grinding and nothing but blues! I’m to the point of trashing this game.
-
I keep playing to get god rolls on weapons that can shatter some exotics. Plus honestly it's great that they can drop anywhere now. Even from killing a random dreg. I've had 3 drop this week alone, all year 1 stuff. But I appreciated the power bump they provided.
-
It's exactly what's going to keep players playing. Not having something awesome means people are going to play to get it. If you hand out exotics like candy everyone will quit because there is nothing to grind for.
-
Nope it’s fine the way it is

5 RespuestasGood. I had to play over 1000 hours before Ghorn dropped for me in D1, and it finally dropped a week before Xur finally sold it. People have spent the last year whining and complaining because of how everything came to easy in D2. Bungie gave the community what it asked for. Now it’s hard.

3 RespuestasIts perfect

Same, i remember i got a good amount of exotic engrams from stuff like heroic events but now since forsaken i have none and i barely get legendary from heroics now they should make the heroic events harder for better rewards

Editado por BarretOblivion: 9/9/2018 5:39:49 AMYeah... I think they hit it a bit too hard on the exotics. People need to remember (somehow they don't) they are likely adding catalysts to the new exotics later. So... if they keep catalysts extremely rare then we got two sets of RNG on top of getting duplicate exotics. There is a term called too much RNG and this might be pushing it. Exotics should be exciting... but after 40 hours I haven't gotten any kind of exotic besides quest reward and have done all but the nightfall score weekly, ranked up crucible to fabled valor, gambit to fabled, and even got a Vigilance Wing catalyst in crucible with no exotics. Something is a bit off.
-
Buff it's drop rates in nightfall and that's it, otherwise I think it's pretty fair

3 RespuestasI have not gotten a single exotic since forsaken dropped. Yet because I dont feel entitled, I’m more than happy to keep grinding to get one. Exotics should be super rare. Now that they are, you want to cry that they’re too rare?? If you want instant gratification, go play a game like Skyrim where you can mod your way to having everything at the start.
-
Entitled children say what?
-
I mean they definitely needed it but it makes the exotics more desirable. It gives reason to grind again. The only issue would be if they sucked. From what I’m hearing they are pretty nice.
-
It’s fine how it is now. It makes exotics special again. An example is I know I’m gonna lose my shit whenever I get Phoenix Protocol because it’s an exotic I want badly.
-
Its fine the way it is now. They should be super rare! No need to change that..
-
Agreed.
-
Keep it low. Make exotics EXOTIC again!
-
-
Good. It should feel that way.
-
Shut up go play something else
-
That’s why they’re called exotic and not common
-
You must've gotten too used to vanilla D2. In D1, Exotics were actually rare. There was no 'grinding' for an exotic. You had the nightfalls and raids every week and Xur was a consolation prize. Getting exotics from Public Events isn't fun...
-
No it seems just about right
-
1 RespuestaAnother one spoiled by D2 at launch. It’s the rarity that is keeping many of us going, not stopping.
-
1 RespuestaNo one should expect exotics in the first week, IMO.
