1 RespuestaBungie hates the gunslinger class for some reason. The nerf to throwing knives and trip mines in D1 was the most random unnecessary nerf that I've ever witnessed in any game....

3 RespuestasI run Titan 90 percent of the time. And I actually miss the occasional knife throw to the face insta kill. It made me laugh. That and when golden gun is used all you can do is run for your life haha. But such is Destiny. We can't have nice things.

6 RespuestasCannot upvote this enough. throwing knife headshot was the best way to counter a shoulder charge or a shotgun. Now that both of those are back - bring back the throwing knife.

Throwing knife headshots should ohk. Much harder to pull off than a shoulder charge, and chances are, you will die during the animation due to lower ttk.

29 RespuestasIt should be stronger but not be a ohk. Although it is easy to use shoulder charge, it at the least requires a running start. A throwing knife can basically be used whenever and as a start for early damage. Not to mention you don't have to worry nearly as much about buckshot with throwing knife. One other issue that arises with the ohk throwing knife, is the phidia...spathe, which grants 2 charges for the knife. If one gets good with it, they could very well be getting 2 ohk attacks every full charge. Pair that with the ability to fully recharge your melee simply by dodging and...well let's just leave it at that. More powerful, yes, ohk no.

If it done around 120-130 crit damage, that would be fine. Body shot damage shouldn't be increased. A Knife should be rewarded through a headshot

It should be about 110-120 dmg so you can pair with a hand cannon to kill. One hit would be too strong from a range.

1 Respuestaknives are great. 6 shooter explosive knives are bugged on pc. These are meant to be use to hit an area. not a single target. Bottom tree is where the fun is at. Assuming you hit precision hits with knife and gun. After the patch High impact handcannons work best. Home for the lost/crimal dagger (Iron banner 110 handcannon) or use lucky pants for quickdraw/opening shot. 1 shot/1 knife. High impact pulses are good too. 1burst/1 knife mida and 150 rpm handcannon (bae promise) 2 shots/1 knife. Might be able to headshot and body / knife Knives should be easier now with all the shottys and shoulder charging. They gonna be running at you. Stay away from corners. Assume every blimp on the radar around cover is someone with a shotty.
