Hands down the best line in Destiny history
English

“Eris get your rock off my map”
-
To me it’s still
Devotion inspires bravery. Bravery inspires sacrifice. Sacrifice... leads to death. So... feel free to kill yourself
I played all of D1 too but that one here is my favourite 👌

1 RespuestaEditado por KayOsS882: 8/30/2018 2:37:18 PMNo. Best line in destiny came from my guardian. My guardian to the queen: “You know I’m a vegan but I will make an exception for you” *wink wink
-
Only variks has da lines. my favorite: cabal war machines on the march, kill them dead guardian.
-
besides "Cayde! Our discussion has not yet concluded!" "Oh I know! That's why I'm leaving."
-
Nope, it's:"we've woken the hyve". Classic quote.
-
14 RespuestasD1 first time visiting the tower stood next to Cayde he whispers "take me with you" I was like yep favorite tower vendor now
-
Of all the things Cayde could have said, spitting in Uldren’s face like that has to be the best way to go out ever
-
1 RespuestaI still have to give it to the Speaker
so feel free to kill yourself
-
For me it’s still the line that rattles in my brain every morning when the mother in law wakes and heads into the kitchen...... “We’ve woken the hive!!!” #Dinklebot
-
2 RespuestasEditado por ScottyDoo 560: 8/30/2018 7:20:45 PM“That Wizard came from the moon.” - Dinklebot Or “I don’t have time to explain why I don’t have time to explain.” - Mysterious Stranger Or (something D2 I really liked) “You’re not brave. You’ve merely forgotten to fear death.” - Gary
-
1 RespuestaShe's just fine. How's Caydes Ghost?
-
"ask her yourself." -Uldren.
-
Uldren should replied with hows your son
-
And it is said even snarkier in the German trailer!

So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold. 1 RespuestaSYLOK THE DEFILED!!!
-
Sorry, it’s the Gunsmith’s
Keep that thing oiled, Guardian.
-
Hands down the best line in Destiny history
It’s one of the better ones, I’ll give it that. It’s the timing and the delivery that really sells it in my book. By the time he’s decided to say that to Urden, Cayde already knows he’s -blam!-ed, and rather than beg for his life, he decides to hit Urden where it hurts the most, by bringing up his sister. I would have been more impressed with it if it weren’t for the fact that a lot of of people on these forums had already joked about Cayde saying that to Urden months ago ( after the E3 reveal ), and as such, the comment lacks ‘originality’ since its been done before.

2 RespuestasHis sister is alive and well according to the latest trailer. It was her hand on his chest. Question is, why did she help us with Oryx, then turn on us now???

13 RespuestasBut what about, "They will try to kill you, kill them back". Basically everything variks says is gold.

2 RespuestasYou know his first line to Uldren made me wonder of this was Uldren's first appearance: "Uhh... this is awkward. Hey you got a gun I could borrow?" I wonder if this was said to be a joking comment or if he truely didn't know yet that Uldren was his enemy. Guess I'll find out next week.
