5 wins for the legendary solstice armor, seriously bungie damn you to hell and dont even think about trying to come back.
5 wins, 5 -blam-ing wins, who came up with that idea bungie? cause whoever came up with it should be fired. First off i dont like pvp, i didnt like it in d1, i hated it more in d2 even before all the recent changes, but now i think pvp is in it's worse state ever. I have an 85% loss ratio in crucible, and im sick of getting into matches that halfway through half the opposing team leaves and their replacements are god tier players that overturn a 50+ point lead. Asking someone like me to get 5 wins is asking the literal impossible. I would sooner take 50 crucible match completions over 5 wins. I have said this before i will say it again, dont force pve players to pvp, and if you feel you have to for lore reasons, make it an objective that is feasible for the worst pvp player, the green armor was perfect in that regard, the blue armor is just a big middle finger to someone like me.
Also in regards to how pvp has changed since d2 launch. Here's my point version.
Bring back 4v4 quickplay
Bring back skill based matchmaking

You realise there are players the total opposite of us, right? They play nothing but PvP and avoid PvE as much as possible. They have to do a PvE endgame activity at some point, Prestige Leviathan, to complete the Solstice Armor. We just have wins, kills, and Legend Rank in Valor (which you should have taken advantage of during the 3x weekend, I did after having 0 in Valor before then). We don't have to do Trials at all. 5 Wins isn't ridiculous, 30 Super Kills isn't ridiculous (especially with Mayhem next week). I don't enjoy PvP at all just as much as the next guy, but we can get the PvP side of Solstice done solo, within an hour or so, in whatever game mode of your liking. PvP players have to find a 6-man group, run an activity that usually takes a couple dedicated hours, know or learn the mechanics themselves and the group, the endgame of PvE. - The PvP requirements for Solstice Armor could be a hell of alot worse. Be thankful. Really. Really. Thankful.
