Don't play Crucible if you're not going to play
Seriously just was matched up twice in a row with a player that would just walk in circles doing nothing, wasted their super and emoted the duration of it and refused to help the team. Reported for sabotage but seriously just don't play crucible to screw with other players. You make a bad name for the community. If you don't want to play crucible, then don't play it. Simple as that. You make everyone else's experience miserable dealing with that kind of asinine behavior.
Since this is picking up some traction I thought I should point out that I'm not a big fan of crucible myself. I do it mainly for the unlocks that it offers and that's about it. I'm not the best player, about a 1.4 k/d which in my eyes is below average but I still try to help out the team. Even if I'm playing with friends on my team I can only handle about three games before I call it quits. If you're not enjoying something don't force force yourself to. It just keeps things spiraling down making it so it's always going to be a negative experience. Break that mold for yourself and try to grow as a player.

I don't care how anyone cries about what I do in crucible. If I wanna shoot people, then I will. If I wanna dance around in circles, then I will. If I wanna keep jumping off the edge, then I will. All you sweaty tryhards can just deal with it. At the end of the day I have completed my objective and could care less about yours. You can't use your K/D ratio in the real world and no matter how hard you cry it is still just a VIDEO GAME. Have a sweaty day.

11 RespuestasAs soon as they get rid of Pvp milestones for PVE gear and stop putting PVE quests with steps that require pvp, you have my word I’ll never step in to any pvp content ever again.

5 RespuestasBecause now everyone must play pvp to even upgrade the armor set to blue. I have been playing since season 1, but I just dont do pvp. I had less than 10 total pvp matches over all 3 characters. It worked pretty well for me. The amount of content I have to play pvp to access is reasonable. (1 weekly milestone and iron banner.) I'm fine with not getting any of those and I had a lot of fun just doing pve. Until recently I am forced to get 90 super kills in pvp. It's a nightmare for both players like me and players like you. I have no idea what I should do in crucible and i'm sorry for ruining your matches. I'm simply so bad at it that I don't enjoy doing it at all. I just die over and over. But I want that 400 light armor set. So I guess we'll just suffer through this together.

20 RespuestasFirst, I would never do this. If I’m playing, I’m playing. I don’t quit, I don’t sit back. May not be good, but I entered the game. Play the objective. BUT! Most of the vocal PvP players on this service aren’t the least bit interested in the experience of other players. They want lobbies of weaker cannon fodder players so they can drop obscene kill tallies. It is hypocritical for them to complain about players ruining [i]their[/i] experience when they fully intend to exploit the weakness of other players. I’ve gone round and round over the years with so-called elite players, and I have a clear understanding of the condescending attitude toward others. So if you want to dance, dance. Your choice. Most people in PvP couldn’t care less how their actions affect others. No reason to feel guilty about it.

12 RespuestasLike alot of destiny players I mainly play solo, if I miss checking the lobby out and I find myself against a fire team of 4, 5 or 6. I leave , or I will stand there and yawn all the way to the end.. I will do this every time and I do not feel guilty in the slightest. This latest decision by bungie regarding their matchmaking for quick play worries me . I dont like the direction crucible qp is going. Bungie is bending over backwards to streamers/youtubers and their sheep.. and that will only end bad for us 'normal' people with children and 'proper' jobs .. This decision will drive alot of players away.

Well for a lot of ppl the outcome between actively playing and just rubber banding is the same. Getting a 0.1 KDA or a 0.0 KDA seems to be almost the same. But one just increases the fun factor for our new PvP overlords. The other does not.

But this is to be expected considering what a Bungie did to the progression system for Warmind, and how it royally screws over solo players. So that guy probably doesn’t want to be there any more than you want him to be. But Bungie has basically [i]forced [/i] him to play five games of pvp per week in order to progress at any sort of reasonable pace. ....and when you force people to interact with your game in ways they don’t like, they will find ways break the game to get around it. This player would have likely rather been grinding the strike playlist to progress, but Bungie took that away from him.

I'll try right up to the point before the pubstomp is on full tilt...then when the team can't or won't cap a single point (if control)...then you'll see me sitting and celebrating. Or even better I go find the enemy and just chase behind them playing shadow...then I giggle, die, and repeat. Whether or not I "try" makes ZERO difference to the outcome. Yes, sometimes you beat a stack, but BS if you think you're on the positive side for those situations.

2 RespuestasGive them a moment guys, PvP players are slowly but surely becoming self aware. Eventually they'll put two and two together and realise that forcing swathes of PvE players into a game mode they don't want to play is going to negatively impact their own experience. Maybe instead of chewing out and bitching about every PvE player who dares complain about having their highest possible light end game gear gated behind a game mode that doesn't even use light. PvP players should back their complaints up, and get people who don't want to be in PvP out of PvP.

Until they Fix SBMM its a nightmare for a lot of us that really don't like PVP but do it for the Milestone I used to try to have fun in pvp while doing the milestone and for the most part it was but now its the worst experience in D2 I've had and I for don't blame anyone that wants to run around wave and wait the clock out the result of the match is always the same now anyway.... Lets hope Bungie fix SBMM today with the patch or getting the event armour that requires lots of pvp is going to be torture for a lot of us and I for one plan to find a way to cheese it and be really annoying for all the sweaty pvpers that want SBMM to remain off so thats for the tip might do that while waiting for super to come up so I can spam it for the event armour. The issue is if Bungie removed the milestone from PVP and stopped putting PVE items behind a PVP requirement the mode would be dead..... and they don't want that.... If you go look at the stat sites that pull info from D2's database 12% of the population play QP 2% Competitive and 1% trials so we can safely assume around 2/3% of the actual player base play PVP for fun and not the milestone so 97/98% of the players prefer PVE.

Play competitive or trials. Poor players don't like getting pubstomped, and are told "suck it up", "git gud". You don't like the way qp is? Suck it up!
