I never ran into that. Not to say it didn't happen, because I'm sure it did(since so many people are boring ass campers anyway), but for me it was always a fight at the rift. I was in Clash a few times and found the opposing team dug in at their spawn point. Went straight to orbit. There's no fun to be had playing with campers.

When you spawn you get a shield that makes spawn camping incredibly hard to pull off so if the two teams have equal skill you as the one being camped would win
