The enemy having to die from the burn effect is a pain in the ass. A buddy and I went into castellum and you can shoot the shield cabal to get the burst shot to proc, then shoot a random one with full health in the head. it will knock his health way down and then the burn effect will finish him off. took a min to finish the catalyst but thats how we did it.

If you think this is the intended behaviour then you don't know what you're talking about. Plus he stated in the post the exact thing you're trying to tell him about. Do you somehow think that the explosion is not part of the Perfect Fifth effect?

we just dropped in and kept killing cabal as they came out the doors. By the time we were done, the floor was littered with pieces of their helmets. lol
