Gamer tag Change
I recently changed my gamer tag and now I can’t use the companion app for transferring items between characters, or even seeing any of my data. How do I get it to recognize the change and update my info and allow me access to all services again.

3 RespuestasThe app is currently experiencing a bug where characters aren’t showing even though linked. Bungie are aware and investigating. https://twitter.com/bungiehelp/status/993945457104580608?s=21 https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/993996121130201089?s=20 You may be able to work around this issue by logging into each character you have and doing an activity.
