It’s questionable to even think about something “creating“ the Big Bang. All of our concept of space-time exists solely in this universe. There’s no guarantee that there’s anything analogous to “before” the Big Bang. In that sense (from our perspective, at least), the Big Bang and our universe simply exist rather than having been created, since no time existed for something to have created it.
Perhaps this relies too much on semantics, but it is something important to consider.
