They can't penalise too much bcoz they'd be punishing people that are booted due to bungos horrendous netcode, worldwide matchmaking, no minimum internet quality to play, and other variables.

The game knows the difference between an error connection and someone holding a button to go to orbit
-
I got a warning yesterday after being booted for destiny server issues so bungies system doesn't know Jack shit, I won't even bother playing competitive until this is fixed, absolute bullshit
-
It doesn't know the difference between you losing connection to the host, you being booted offline by the other team, or you unplugging your power cable.
-
Pretty sure the error codes differ.
-
Some do, but there's a few errors regarding losing connection that are the same. You get ddossed, pull your router cable, or your net cuts out, same error. Canary I believe but don't quote me on that, might be weasel.
-
I've played literally thousands of hours of this game, my Internet isn't very good, yet never once have I been booted mid-match.
-
Me neither.
-
So that makes it acceptable to screw over players that actually want to play? That looks like a poor excuse for them not wanting to invest on better equipment. Like it's now or never if they don't make some serious dedication to improving the entire platform, it's killing the company.

Editado por vitisku1: 4/29/2018 2:11:56 PMBungie are the ones that should be investing in better equipment, not the player. Edit: just read your post and I think you’re saying the same thing that I just said, my bad.

It's killed the game for me, literally. Every lobby for 4 years consists of people from all over the world, crazy lag, insanely high pings, bullets not registering etc. It's nowhere near as bad on pc, you know why? Region lock. I despise bungies ideals
