The majority of the community has been asking for Destiny 2 to be more like Destiny 1 , and thats what they are doing. Including bringing back our favorite exotics. And there is nothing wrong with that. They have also introduced alot of great new exotics like Colony, Merciless, Vigilance Wing, Sunshot, Sweet Business and the list goes on.
I want them to bring up Ice Breaker and Bad Juju also, maybe tie them to a challenging quest
Some people just complain just for the sake of complaining. I am glad Bungie is starting to tune those people out

I have no problem with D1 exotics returning. I do however have a problem with buying exotics again that I already bought in D1.

There everything wrong with that. I paid for a new game. My progress in the previous game was destroyed. I deserve new content.

I haven’t seen many D1 “favourite” exotics brought back with the exception of maybe mida and Ophidian Aspects.

If you don't see anything wrong with re-gifting d1 gear in a PAID expansion then your parents may be cousins. If people asked for it to be more like d1 it was in the sense of the mechanics of the game. To build upon what was made in the original. Not trickle back gear that's been copy and pasted from d1. A sequel to a loot based game should NOT be what they've done in here. You seeing nothing wrong with that makes me see plenty wrong with you.

The updated exotics are coming with season 3 , and the may update. You don't have to buy Warmind to get them, they are not part of the DLC. You need to read before jumping to to conclusions to match your jaded biased opinions. And it also tells me alot how insecure your opinions are if you start your post with a personal insult. And it's not "Regifting" , it's making a popular and favorite weapon relevant again. They said in D1 our gear will always be relevant, so they are just fulfilling a promise. They are also adding new exotics like the Huckleberry. So your argument doesn't make any sense. I am no Bungie defender, they deserve every bit of hate for what they did to Destiny 2, and there shady design choices. But this game will get so much better once they start ignoring morons like you who want everything and cry when they don't get it like a spoiled child.
