So worst case scenario they make 40% of the population. That's a lot.

Good bait, almost fell for it.
-
No bait here.... Just facts
-
😂 You are a good baiter, I almost fell for it again. 😂
-
Would you describe his baiting as masterful?
-
Maybe not masterful, but it was pretty good.
-
Maybe you just don’t take any bait? Lol

Editado por ITzTricky_x: 4/5/2018 6:41:39 AMFake News Whilst this is correct the stats don’t give a clear representation of time spent. The PvE stat goes up 1 for each player that logs into patrol or any PVE activity. (Possibly even from just going to the tower?) A lot of PvP players will still do some form of PvE each login even though the vast majority of that play session will be in PvP. Whether it’s to warm up, or wait for friends etc it’s common for a PvP player to log into patrol. A PvE player is less likely to log in to PvP just to kill time / as part of a daily routine. Many PvE players will do his patrol/strike/raid daily and completely ignore PvP The login count gives a inaccurate figure of where players are spending most of their their time. A ‘Hours Spent’ stat in either PvP and PvE would and is really the only way to tell where the majority of the player base spends their time.
-
It's always been this way even when there were live graphs.... PvP has always been <40% and droppped to 23% the day the graphs were taken down by bungie. "The login count gives a inaccurate figure of where players are spending most of their their time." No.... It logs a activity as soon as a player steps foot in it for the day. It was a stat present for all destiny 1 and before it was removed in D2 Please quit pretending you know anything.

Editado por ITzTricky_x: 4/5/2018 6:02:46 AMYou can spend 2 minuets in PvE then 5 hours in PvP and it counts as a log in for both. The only way to really know where people really spend their time is by ‘Hours Played’ separarating PvP and PvE. Those login stats you talking about from D1 are the same as now. A login stat and nothing more.
-
Hmm, I wonder what it counts just sitting at the tower going, now what?

Editado por ITzTricky_x: 4/5/2018 6:27:32 AMTrue , there is a good chance that just logging into the tower triggers the PvE login. If so would further skew the numbers to always be higher for PvE .
-
It doesn't The old chart counts pve activities as strikes, nightfall and raids.
-
-
Proof ?
-
I was there. And I'm currently trying to Google a screen shot of the raw data.
-
Destiny Tracker counts a PvE player as someone who enters patrol, a strike, meditation, raid, nightfall, etc. You have to basically be exposed to enemies for that to start clocking minutes played in PvE.
-
Doesn’t matter too much . Someone else mentioned that it may count towards login. I’m doubting it...... but maybe.
-
Now literally every one of those players should give me a dollar. No questions asked.
-
Or pve, by those numbers.
