Hey dmg, I rlly hope you see this post. I ended crimson as a top 52 player. The first thing I have to say is this: To us competitive players it was a huge success! Every game, I was able to 1v2 in every situation with gun skill. Although the ability spam was annoying at times, such as shinnobu’s vow, I did feel more powerful as a guardian through faster handling and mobility. The ttk definitely has to be shorter as d2 improves. Also, the fact that it “punished u” for being separated is a lie. During high level matches, the person who separated from his/her team on a flank usually won. This was because they were able to get a pick to create a 2v1 senario. My only disappointment was bungie’s incapibility to experiment more. Maybe they should attempt to decrease power ammo times way quicker, maybe intorduced 2v2v2. Buff the in air accuracy. Please remove aim assist and decreased in air acciracy and I would assure you, the skill gap would widen. That way, people could queue in competitive or quickplay. I hope this can become a reality before ranked matches. Skilled players should not have to rely on RNG while shooting in the air to get a kill. If you do read this dmg, I hope this message can give you some insight on what your high level community thinks, and why a majority of them have left.
