This wasn't my idea but it's a good replacement for random rolls... I saw it on a KackisHD video https://youtu.be/AWDT5_3NKt0. Just watch it and you'll understand how great this would be. At this time nearly every weapon in a single archetype are almost identical. Giving us random intrinsic perks (precision frame, aggressive frame, etc.) would give us the customization we really need without taking away the static roll system.
