Bungie is not your retailer and handled none of your funds, so therefore this is like going to Coca-Cola for a refund from McDonalds. Sorry Guardian, this is the wrong place. And good luck getting a refund on a product you used quite extensively. You got the steak, you ate the steak, you should pay for the steak.
