You cant be serious.
No new gear in the faction rally....... Dude this has got to be the dumbest freaking move of the year and its only January. You already have a player base that is dwindling by the day and now you mess up faction rally. What's next, iron banner with no loot at all?

Darn - you spoiled the surprise! You can thank the inclusion of all non-DLC purchasing players. Also, there will be no new (i.e. CoO) maps in the IB rotation because of this. On the bright side - they will be making it easier to complete your IB gear collections and will offer ornaments to enhance the looks - just like they are doing right now in FR.

3 RespuestasCongrats - You've just realized how people who've bought the expansions have been screwed over for IB and the Faction rally - by not having more new stuff in it due to cheapskates who don't want to play the game (much less pay for the expansion pass or the last DLC), and complain endlessly about the game and say I AM NOT GONNA PLAY - BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT !! Then CoO comes out and those same people scream blue bloody murder about faction rallies or Trials or Iron banner..... for a game they don't intend to play, and don't want to continue playing - people who supposedly "got a refund *LOL" , "don't play anymore just here to eat popcorn and watch D2 burn on the forums", "good bye, leaving destiny", "boycott D2", "remove EV", "didn't get D2, lol told you so", "this game sux" etc. So, because of these folks, people who HAVE paid and ARE wanting to play, well.... they aren't getting new weapons in Faction rallies or IB or any event that non DLC people will touch. With all that being said - There are new faction specific speeders, ships, and ghosts. New shaders, and season 2 ornaments. So there IS a lot new to get this faction rally. and they never said there would be new weapons besides the featured weapon. Remember - this is the faction rally we were supposed to get back in December. Season 2 should see more weapons in coming events, But now Bungie has to moderate what can and cannot be accessed by whom. Instead of concentrating on, you know, making improvements to the game. that's my 2 cents.

Many players are smart enough not to pre-order the Expansion pass. And they are protesting the D2 situation by not buying the DLC until Bungie fix the fundamental flaw of the game. I am one of them. I will never buy any D2 DLC if they don't separate Special weapons from Heavy slot. And yes...I still play D2. Especially PVP. I bought it its mine. If they take away the content..I am entitled to get refund. For you that smart enough to pre-order the DLC...enjoy your Mercury...but never ever try to ask barring other player to play their rightful contents. All new DLC armors and weapons should only be acquired from the corresponding DLC content. Not from the base content. And should not be able to use them in non DLC content. For example...The Colony should never be allowed in Non DLC PVP.

4 RespuestasI was looking forward to the faction rally, but again the best loot got put into EV rather than being directly earnable by playing the game (There's no way to earn the exotic ghost without paying 1000's of hours). On top of they they nerfed earning coins so if you do a couple of strikes or public events make sure you are still earning coins. They must really want to kill the game.... what a bummer......
