Am I fanboy of Destiny? Destiny 1, hell yes. Destiny 2, not so much. Do I support Corporate Bungie? Never have outside of buying their game. Do I support Team Barrett as individuals? Yes, I have faith they can clean up the mess. Should they have to? No, they shouldn't have to spend a year fixing what the rest of Bungie did. But that's where we've ended up unfortunately. Here's the thing: most of this stuff was announced in info drops and literally presented as in during the shady beta. If you read any of it or even played the beta and you feel so burned from Bungie, I find it hard to feel sorry for you and even understand how you view the world let alone make decisions. You could smell this coming a mile away. Aside from the shaders, the XP bullshit, and the Eververse fiasco, they really couldn't have spelled it any more clear. It just lacked a bright neon sign that said "buy at own risk." And had it not been for my best friends choosing to remain ignorant through rose colored glasses, I really wouldn't have bough the game. I'll let you guess if they still play. Hint, I'm lucky to touch this game once a week now. I'm not strapped for cash so it didn't really bother me to do it. A few laughs were more than worth it. However, Team Barrett laid a road map and seems intent on righting the wrongs of Corporate Bungie. That being said, all you can do is hold them to their word. What, do you think Luke Smith is gonna magically appear at your doorstep and apologize for his negligence and obvious misunderstanding of the community? No. So what is beating the dead horse gonna do at this point? We get it, somehow you managed to overhype this trainwreck no matter how much info they dropped hinting at its extreme mediocrity. And somehow to majority of this community, it all seems like it came out of nowhere. While I struggle to understand just how anyone could have been so surprised, this is also where we've arrived regarding D2. What if I told you the best way to send a message is to just let D2 fade into obscurity until they manage to fix it? Can't make money if everyone forgets about your game. Just check in for updates. Just move on. It's healthier for the soul.

If people want to like D2, or static rolls, or Luke Smith, or the Eververse, or any number of other things... that's their business. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No one is entitled to harass, insult, or belittle someone else for feeling differently.

Besides i get the feeling most of the Forum trolls have quit playing D2 but are still poking the hive-mind into new forumspamming. 2 RespuestasListing "thank you Bungie we appreciate it" as a fanboy trait? No buddy that's the trait of a person that has some semblance of respect and common courtesy. If they make something you want to love, why not express that rather than random negativity. Posts like "I want to love this game but I can't because ____ hopefully it will be fixed by ____" are positive, they critique the game, and nobody gets hurt in the process. Sorry if that mindset makes me a "fanboy" I just like not being a shithead on the internet to people that don't deserve it. It's a video game. Besides how can anybody throw around the term fanboy, you're sat on the Destiny 2 official forum making this post.

I support D2, the 400 hours of fun I have out of it and probably the 400 future hours I will get out of it. To answer your points - I wont miss you, I don't know or care about you or the ridicules expectations you have for the world. I deserve Destiny, I paid for it and enjoy it. This is correct, expecting the amount of stuff in D2 vanilla as in D1 year 3 is just unrealistic in my opinion. Pretty much so, I want more Destiny, that's what I have, not the same Destiny as D1 but I am both happy and sad at that. Nope, I pay them, they provide for me, Nope, mod system is meh and as per D1 only some of the hundreds of weapons are viable or interesting. Bungie provides me a service which I use for fun, appreciating it as a value is irrelevant, its a business transaction, fun for money. The update has some good points but the time scale is long and I am 100% sure it wont last me till fall. But hey your just here to stir some shit so why bother with actual answers.

I mean, in the larger view, that just makes you a bully. Is that the issue? Did your elementary get to strict against bullying and you have this never ending need to vent it?
