so you want to play a game that has been out for how many years, and still hasn't gotten it right, instead of destiny, that actually works, for the most part? did i get that right?

How are you gonna say it still hasn’t gotten it right if you don’t play it?
-
why do you think i don't play it?
-
Well I guess I figured since you seem to think it’s broken. Do you play it?
-
nope. they had their chance. i will not return. releasing a game that was that broken, is far worse than anything bungie has done, so far, in my eyes. with posts like this it just shows people are willing to go back to a broken game, as long as it is fixed over a year latter. can you not see the hypocritical, irony of posts like this? you are basically saying release shit, as long as you fix it eventually, i will come back.
-
Well that’s fine but I’m not gonna miss out on a good game just because they didn’t nail it on release. If the developers are willing to work on it for over a year and have multiple free updates I’m willing to play the game I already payed $60 for. It would actually be worse if I didn’t play it because that means I simply wasted my money and won’t play the game due to my stubbornness.
-
you just contradicted this entire forum. everything you just said you would do, is the opposite of whats happening on the forums.
-
Well im not everyone else. I enjoyed destiny and put 1000s of hours into it. I saw the reviews for destiny 2 and avoided making a bad decision. While I agree destiny has extremely good gunplay I don’t think it has much more to offer.
-
i was just pointing out you were proving my initial point. nothing more, nothing less.

Editado por blade329: 1/15/2018 6:50:23 PMNo, you didn't get it right. Actually working doesn't make it a good game. See No Man's Sky. The Division has turned around a whole lot since its release. It's a much improved game and is definitely worth a second look. I hated it at release, but I like where it's at now. Unlike D2, the loot is great.
-
Did you get it right? Not even close lol
-
Your point was stupid and the other guy/gal burned you. Don’t need to get butt hurt.
-
what was my point? please explain for posterity. i doubt you understood it.
-
Well your extremely vague delivery is trying to say that destiny at least is a somewhat decent game and saying that the division started bad and is still bad. It’s hard to tell with how poorly you tried to make a point. Your point is opinion based which you have every right to voice. To make the claim that it’s better to play a game(destiny) that made it better, then proceeded to make it worse with their sequel, is better than playing a game that had fun factor but no replay ability and that the developers have slowly and methodically made into a very fun serviceable experience. You could have meant many things with the way you presented your claim. The other person and myself simply stated, as our opinions, that your claim was stupid based on the actions and courses that the respective games have taken over their lifespan. The division started low and has slowly been working its way back up. Destiny started low and has had numerous ups and downs over the course of its life until now when, in most aspects is crashing. So which game is better to play? Personal opinion is different for everyone and some may lean towards an FPS over a TPS or the other way around. Your claim that the divisions brokeness compared to destinys brokeness is worse is wrong. The division has actually worked itself out over time into a solid game. Destiny and the devs make one good decision for 10 bad ones. The good decision they make gets half heartedly delivered with half the promise fulfilled. Destiny, especially in its current state, doesn’t know which way is up. Disclaimer: I love the destiny franchise and I logged almost 2k hours in D1 but I can’t ever imagine trying to put that many hours into this hollow piece of shit from what it used to be. If it’s your cup of tea, great, but stop defending bungie compared to the division. At least they’ve progressively made the game better. Not worse.

Editado por Ghost J34: 1/15/2018 1:56:26 PM
so you want to play a game that has been out for how many years
Not even two.
and still hasn't gotten it right
It's pretty close to right if it's not already.
instead of destiny, that actually works, for the most part?
This is a joke, right? If not, bless your heart. So you want to play a game, whose predecessor is superior and has only gotten worse over time, instead of The Division, which has continually improved? Did I get that right?
-
never mind, you missed my point.
-
Enlighten me.
-
not worth it. you've made up your mind already, and won't see my point.
-
You could just admit the original point you were trying to make was a stupid one, instead of talking in vague one-liners about how I just don't "get it".
-
why would i admit something that isn't true? you have clear intentions with regards to my reply. nothing i can say will make you even admit i have a point, regardless if you agree or not with it. there is simply no point in replying anymore, your mind is made up already.
-
You're flailing. Your original post isn't some vague thing that's up to us to interpret. It's clear what you were saying and yeah, it was stupid.
-
Okay kiddo.
-
ah, the inevitable "kid" reply. thanks for proving my point about you.
-
Whatever you say kiddo.

Comparing the Division to D1, and I have to agree with virtual. Comparing it to D2 is where it falls short
