Destiny servers are not available for me. Is destiny server really down atm?

Well, sort of the reason why I'm here. I can start the game and load a character, but I can't play longer than a few minutes. D2 says it "cannot detect internet connection". Which is odd, as I can do anything else I want on Xbox except Destiny 2. I watched Netflix for an hour and tried Destiny again, same problem. I can play other games online, no problem. Hard rebooted, reset all my networking. Bungie has some really poor IT guys.

Well hopefully they know about this server issue and they can fix it. The worst part is its working on my Xbox 1 but not on ps4 it says destiny servers are not available visit bungie for help and here I m. Still bungie not helping.

Good luck. I may try again in a few. I am tired of rebooting everything just for one game. Everyone I know online has moved on to other games, I may have to also at this point. Seems everytime I have a day off and want to unwind and play, I can't. I learned to never pre-pay for DLC until you try a game out.
