Or maybe they're trapped between a bunch of angry gamers, their contract with Activision, and their own mistakes. The ultimate no-win scenario. What COULD they say at this juncture?

I'd be happy if they owned up to their mistakes and how they plan to fix it and a very rough time estimate of how much longer until they can rectify their mistakes, a list preferably going down from what they can release and ending on Soon(insert trademark symbol phone won't let me)[Like blizzard's soon we might get it or we might not but it's going to be a long time]
