REMOVE BLOOM FROM HAND CANNONS THEY DO NOT PERFORM EQUALLY ACROSS PLATFORMS
Hand cannons on Xbox do not always hit where you aim, due to the bloom effect, I've tried using the same Hand cannon on a friend's PC version of Destiny 2, and there's a marked improvement on that platform, they tend to usually hit where you aim, on Xbox one it's totally different, this needs to be addressed.

True. The game plays so much better on PC.
