I don't know man I completely failed the timer miserably, but I still completed the heroic adventure. I did the exact same one you did however I only got a five minute timer. I don't even know what the timer is there for since it obviously doesn't matter if you complete it or not within the time allowed...
Did you get given anything special at the end of that heroic Adventure? Because you did complete it in the time allowed right? All I know is I completed the adventure but failed the timer and didn't get s*** at the end of it except the next step...

My buds and I have done them and completed in time. The bonus rewards are complete garbage. A single Legendary CoO themed shader tone, a blue or legendary, and i think a small handful of glimmer. Dont worry about failing the timer unless youre really desperate for the new shaders.
