I don't even want to play Destiny 2 for free. I passed on a $25 deal on Black Friday. Until I see some good reviews and changes implemented, I will stay on the sideline.
-
£44.99 once the trial is done on battlenet 😂
-
Nice! Bungo gave us an option to try the game out for ourselves and get sick of it BEFORE buying! Thanks guys!

-
still hasn't popped up on battle net yet
-
1 RespuestaThis happened in D1 aswell Thats how I got into the game lol
-
1 Respuesta<Oh no, a free trial? It's not like a ton of other games have those. Seriously, out of everything there is to complain about, lack of variety, lack of modifiers, lack of incentive, xp fiascos, bullshit shader system, bullshit RNG, not being able to pick individual gamemodes/not being able to replay story missions from the map, this is what you complain about?>
-
7 RespuestasLet me guess, you were shouting about D2 being discounted for black friday week too.
-
Erm... D1 had a trial as well.
-
5 RespuestasGood, every game should have a demo.
-
They did the same thing with D1, no big deal

Editado por pyrocyborg: 11/28/2017 6:55:23 PMBack in the days, almost every game used to have a trial or demo version. Sure, nowaday, on PC, it's unusual to have one so soon after release, but I don't think it's a bad sign or anything. They did the same thing with Destiny, and the game didn't die three months after. PvP and PvE players population seemed steady enough in the last few days (between 600k and 900k PvP players every day, and around 1M to 1.2M PvE players every day) : It's a far cry from the 7M+ total player base, but you cannot expect everyone to play every single day, especially when there isn't much left to do for a lot of console players. Now, Destiny 2 endgame is lacking in a lot of ways, but I don't see this trial version as a desperate attempt at a cash grab. Hell, I wish I could try every new game before I commit to buy, because I've made worse purchases than Destiny 2. Many players waited for this very opportunity, and this is good for them. Still, while the trial version will show these new players how the game is gameplay-wise (and for PC players who might have a potato PC, it could show them if the game will work on their PC), it won't give them any idea about the endgame, or lack thereof. Let's hope that the DLC will bring something other than a brief novelty, which I sadly doubt.

Editado por ArillatheMun: 11/28/2017 2:30:03 PMDestiny: Released September 9th 2014. Destiny Free Trial: Released November 18th 2014. Destiny 2: Released September 6th 2017 Destiny 2 Free Trial: Released November 28th 2017 So, what's the issue here? Are the D1 fanboys crying over spilt milk again?

Editado por Darth Lunchbox: 11/27/2017 10:05:08 PMYou really don't know how marketing works, do you? They did the same thing for D1.

5 RespuestasDestiny 1 had a free trial, WOW!!!
-
What’s wrong with a free trial?
-
You’re silly.
-
2 RespuestasLoads of games have free trials
-
2 RespuestasLol I bet you can beat the game in the free trial too. All you have to do is farm a loot cache and you’ve practically reached end game material
-
Lol... the amazing part is that the computer version has been put for less than a month.
-
Guys you're being harsh here. Its actually genius as this is the first free trial ever that showcases what you will be doing in the early game, and the end game, all in the same free trial!!! Level 1 - 7 = Grinding tokens in the edz Level 300 - 305 = Grinding tokens in the edz Enjoy new guardians!
