What's the point?
- No Faction reputation.
- Can't buy the gear you want for tokens & rep gain. Actually giving you an option and a reason to farm.
- The "Raid" don't give any rewards that's worth the time spent in there.
- "Prestige Raid" Don't have any specific loot drops except a different color gear which looks the same, nor does it have any " I want that - Weapon - Gear - in my life " which is absolutely dumb. Light above your head, woho.
- No Gun customization what so ever i.e having a reason to going back to the " raid & nightfall " for actually getting a God roll etc.
- Public events on Heroic is a massive joke, drop rate on everything is on such a low level it's not even worth it.
- Does anyone do Patrols?
- Cabal again, Vex again, Fallen again, Hive again, Taken again... Ok.
- Crucible token gain is a joke, 1x from a win, 1x from a loss.. Nice
- Farm tokens for hours, just to get an RNG Engram which gives you loot from a completely different faction from whom you hand it in to?..
- Can only get Ships and Sparrows from paid Bright Engrams ( get 1x from leveling up ) rip
- Raid gear should have specific PvE item set-bonuses ( Which only works while in a PvE event of any sort, disabled during PvP )
- Faction PvP gear should also have specific set-bonuses ( Same, only works in PvP and turned off in PvE. )
- Competitive crucible should have a ranking system, so it makes it worth playing.
- Where's all the Game modes and Difficulties from Destiny 1? Missions on Hard, Heroic Strikes(Coming I know but why isn't it there straight out of release? )
- Crucible, different game-modes should always be available at the start. I don't want to be forced to play game-modes I don't enjoy, let us pick whatever WE want to play.. Destiny 1?
- Chat functionality on PC. What. A. Joke. ( We have keyboards to type on, you know? ) I don't want to EMOTE my way to communication.
I know some of these points will be fixed in the future, but the point I am making is why isn't this in the game at launch?
Why are you eager to step backwards instead of going forward and actually use the good things that were in Destiny 1 which most of us actually loved. No, instead scrap everything and do it even worse than Destiny 1 was on release. I thought the "Guardians" lost everything upon being re-lighted? not the whole game.
If I recall this game was supposed to be a continueation of the first game, not a complete Re-Boot.
If you developers don't wake up and publishers stop thinking about how much damn money you can squeeze out of us wake up, we won't trust our money into your greedy hands for the upcoming "DLCs" and Destiny 3.
How can you be so stupid, seriously.
I love the [i]idea[/i] of these games, but make me love the [i]actual[/i] game.

1 RespuestaI typically do a kill quest patrol while im grinding tokens between public events. I cant access raids or nightmare due to no ability to communicate with the community, and im not interested in raids anyway. PVP is boring, just boring game modes, seems to be the only way to obtain high end gear for someone whos forced to be solo in game. Im not much of a pvper. Im pretty much pretending that i like farming tokens and that ill eventually get something interesting. Hasn't been the case. Luckily i only game on weekends so it stretched the game out as far as its gotten. Give me a fun gear progression and ability to tweak my character and a fun loot system and ill sink thousands of hours and buy every DLC they make....but right now im really not seeing the hype this game had.

Editado por KIngJS922: 11/29/2017 6:15:56 AMdisagree with faction gear, i do play pvp a bit but im more of a pve players and just love the idea of factions. faction gear should look unique and not be copy pasted models with the faction logo on it. as for the perks i think they should be perks usable in both modes, now trials and crucible gear... they should get pvp only perks. also i have been saying this since y1 d1, chat, should be in game on consoles as well as pc. as well as voice chat in the tower. how is Cod ww2's HQ(when it is working) better than the supposedly "social" game? they have voice chat in their HQ, you can do fun little quick 1v1s,as well as watch others do it, watch people open loot, and get social xp for it, the voice chat at least should have been in the game. online interactions are not rated by esrb so its not to dodge making a rated m game or anything its just stupid.

1 RespuestaPreach, they cut half the content from Destiny 1 so they can make you pay for the same modes and guns theyve already made. It's lazy and insulting. Start from where you left off in D1 and BUILD on it! Why would you go backwards and not expect backlash from the community?

3 RespuestasActually the game is a sequel, but it IS a reboot. That's why we lost our Light and our gear from the first game. What's the point? Do you actually enjoy [i]playing [/i] the game? Or do you just enjoy the rewards that the game gives you? My answer changes depending on yours.

Well, here is different take on things... Perhaps all of this disappointment is intended, to make interesting enough for sales but sour enough for people to stop playing. By doing that, they get the revenue and don't have to spend more to upgrade the infrastructure - smooth running environment, even if it sucks for D1 players, it's new to many. I've been around since the beginning and finding myself playing less in D2 - perhaps they want the old timers here to just fade away? But heh, there's always plenty of shaders and emblems... *snarf*

I hear you Moose. I played a lot of D1 and witnessed it evolve from a disappointment to a fine game despite some flaws. I waited for the PC (played on PS4 for D1) and I am mostly disappointed with the game. There are so many things Bungie conveniently forgot about what made D1 fun. - Raid is disappointing after great Wrath of Machines raid - FEWER things to do than D1 - Lack of QoL from D1 - Fixed weapon traits, WTH? - Dumbed down and weak exotics - Missing things that made loots fun - Weapon/armor traits are uninspiring - Same old enemies - Messed up economy; RNG for tokens, can't buy weapons from vendors anymore, no random traints I feel like D2 is a $15 DLC, not a full sequel
