XP system deactivated in Destiny 2
As the link shows, Bungie have turned off the XP system due to "player feedback and internal testing". Yeah right. More like dont want anymore negative press over thanksgiving.
So yeah, Bright Engrams should drop far more often. Maybe.
Probably not, but it is what it is.

It wasn't plastered with "D2 sux". It had vital info for the team to work with. Good stuff. Now we just need more detailed posts about other parts of the game that actually NEED fixing. (not, your ideal of what D2 should be. But core, broken elements like xp gains, solo/group queue PvP)

Bright engrams are ridiculous.

Oh yeah they turned it off, but I bet you anything they have lowered the drop rates of anything good from Bright engrams dramatically. I expect to see tons of Blue Rare Sparrow drops now along with other useless crap from Bright Engrams from now on.
