You had lightswitch, match game, ironclad, heroic, grounded, trickle, reinforcement, even burns made enemy elements stronger (even more so after they nerfed player burn increase but left enemy burns untouched). Edit: Juggler. How could I forget that?

D1 nightfalls meant you sat back and took your good old time behind cover nothing was difficult about that
-
No, it just meant that if you died you started over. I mean, who wouldn't want to use cover in a shooter?
-
No that was vanilla destiny they took returning to orbit out sometime ago in d1
-
So still in D1. Before they made it easier. Hate when they did that.

The D2 modifier is the same every week... Times bullet sponges... And it is one of several major factors chasing people away from the game.

Yes... Sometimes we have to jump through hoops for more time and sometimes we have to stand in things for more time... Once I. A while we have to shoot something like a glowing ball for more time... And sometimes we just have a set time. It's all jumping around like a jerk, rushing through the nightfall... Every... Single... Week. Sometimes D1 Nightfalls were very hard (Warsat with arkburn and fallen, anyone?). Sometimes they had fun modifiers that made them easy and made us feel powerful. The one thing they almost always were was FUN.

Your idea of fun is opinion based people don't like being timed because its more difficult. Everyone wants there participation trophy loot rather than earning it
