What you need to do is delete one of your hunters. That's what is inhibiting your ability to level up. They are preventing people from using a double system to power up a class. I understand some people like to have multiples and aren't trying to power up like that but unfortunately due to a few bad eggs out there they put this in to prevent it. So choose the one you like best and delete the other and that will allow you to climb each week through power engrams.
