Can the first time you level up a vendor that week guarantee a powerful engram and then use the current system afterwards? I feel it would be so much better this way as well as give people a reason to level up Ikora. To elaborate, just the vendors in the tower/farm. And while they are at it, severely reduce those token drops from activities while also reducing the tokens need for the engrams to ten. I hate seeing that vendor wanting to talk to me about ten coins just to not give me an engram.
