I mostly stuck up for the first game, and I stuck up for the second game until I'd played it for a week. Not only does it have the same bugs as the first game, but it also has more. Then there is the complete lack of choice, nothing to grind for, a PvP with so many changes and counter changes to counteract the changes, and an overall bland game. It has good points, but the bad points far outweigh the good. The age of the game is no excuse for the state it is in. Loot based games are supposed to be rewarding and grindy, and far from what this game is right now. I spread the story out over 4 days and it was good, the adventures are also good, but the rest of the game flops more than a fish out of water. Even the gun play doesn't feel the same, and that's not a good thing because the gun play was the best thing about Destiny.

Stopped reading at SO MUCH content. We have; -14 uniquely named story missions (4 on First trip to Earth (Homecoming and Journey are counted as 1 mission, 2 on Titan, 2 on Nessus, 2 on Io, 4 on Earth's second trip). -5 non-platform exclusive strikes -1 raid -4 planetary quests -2 PvP playlists -5-6 adventures per planet -I believe 9 types of public events -3 classes For comparison, Borderlands with no DLC has; -19 main story missions, almost all of which are far longer and more meaningful -More side missions in a single town than all of Destiny 2 -4 playable classes, all of which have 3 unique trees with skill modifiers -A larger, more connected world (you can walk/drive to almost every location) -More weapons -More raids -More and better bosses

Only gets better from here? Lol. You’re funny. I remember when people were saying that about Destiny 1. You know, the 3 year beta that took place before this game. And now instead of learning from those mistakes they resold you a bland, garbage vanilla game with the promise of a better experience... later... that you have to pay for. Why are you giving them a break? They already took hundreds of millions of dollars, and then threw that whole game away for a reboot. You want to spend another 3 years on a new beta? A 10 year game franchise that keeps screwing you over until year 7 or 8? Lol. How gullible you are, child. As of right now you have faith in Bungie for 1 reason and 1 reason only: ignorance. Either you never played D1, you haven’t invested enough into D2 to see it for what it is, or you didn’t actually have to spend any money you had personally earned on the game in the first place. Either way, your loyalty is completely misguided and meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Spending time under Bungie’s desk will not make this game better. It will make it worse, in fact. Bungie needs to be spanked, grounded to their room without dinner and no sleepovers with friends until they get their homework done. Their homework being fixing this POS they sold to the entire world. People like you are what is destroying quality video games. You keep allowing developers to sell you half assed, sloppy games that are very clearly rushed and incomplete. You wag your finger at those who have had enough of this shady business practice and stand up to fight for what they’ve invested their hard earned money into. You know what I'm tired of? Gamers complaing that other gamers have a legit reason to complain. Maybe you like being a doormate, but I know for sure a hell of a lot of gamers are tired of being treated like one.

It's amazing how stupid you are. People aren't complaining about lack of content. It's about all the really bad changes that have been made. Stop being so ignorant.

It's true that this whole community is pretty childish with complaints about Destiny in general. But most of them complain with good reason, I'm a Day 1 Veteran from Destiny 1 and this game is by far not what it once was. When you hit 305 you don't have much to do, you get the same loot over and over making it utterly useless without random perk rolls in this game. Exotics are incredibly easy to get, where as in D1 Year 1 exotics were so rare that they were unheard of. And in this game almost everyone already has all of the exotic armor and weapons within 1 month of release. Iron Banner is literally just control with re-skinned weapon rewards, with every gun in the game being a re-skin of another (excluding exotics.) They smashed the whole crucible with the teamshot play, slowing the face-paced once-loved PvP from D1 that we all loved, into people constantly staying grouped together, making for a slow, boring, and overall unenjoyable to the point people are going back to play D1 due to it being so much more fun. I'd prefer another Destiny 1 with just more story to it than this thing they call a "sequel".

The taken king dlc was much more exciting compared to this supposedly new game, it's a horrible sequel - but a lot of times sequels aren't what they're made out to be. Bungie has acknowledged feedback and will improve - so why are you complaining about people complaining on a feedback forum. Lol

They have made destiny 2 to cater to the casual and the player that didn’t understand that this was a grinding game for sweet god like loot not some generic weapons and armour, that’s why people are complaining. In D1 you were always searching for something, the fatebringer, vex, some armour with raid perks or some god roll gun for pvp or even strike specific loot, D2 has none of that.

What did you expect from a generation of entitled brats who think because they spent money on a game that it should give them all the content they want immediately. All these children want is instant gratification, they have no sense of patience or appreciation. All they want is now, more, and all of it at once.

You've entered a tiny, toxic, niche community with a positive message. Fatal mistake.

This community has a love/hate relationship, it can be toxic but once in awhile it has its moments of being positive. It is what it is. ~Happy hunting n.n
