Welcome fellow guardians
When I joined this game, I thought to myself; I cant wait for the end game content. Now that I have actually reached this content, I've realized just how shit it actually is. Just last night my raid team and I spent over 5 hours doing the raid and completing a few sections. To my delight, I received absolutely NOTHING, except a few tokens and a key. So I thought shit, a got a key, I am totally getting some badass loot. Then after spending over an hour in the underbelly, I found that the only loot I would be receiving was generic loot, 7 light levels lower than my average light level, that I could get from doing a public event.
In fact, the only bloody loot that dropped in the raid, was generic loot that drops from just about everything in the game. My clan actually has a joke surrounding this, which usually goes, "look everyone I got socks again, the same socks I got the past 300 times before these socks."
I know my suggestion is probably useless, but how about we do gear set pieces, actual gear that has different looks dependent on the level of content you are partaking in. I don't see much use in just getting the same looking gear with difference colors. In the end, these games are all about the fashion.
I digress, back to the raid. I find it a complete and utter waste of time doing the raid. I don't go up in light level, I don't gain any gear and I don't get a chance of epic loot drops. So basically running through an over engineered raid, focusing to heavily on organizational mechanics with no rewards at all.
I will reiterate, what a waste of time.
Bungie, make loot more meaningful before everyone gets so damn bored that they move onto Monster Hunter or Anthem.

Sometimes I want to make a new profile and play D1 all over again, cause at least there you get rewards for a lot of things, hell they even let you buy engrams

The Whole game is a waste of your of time, effort, and look at it from their perspective.. They reskin everything, does that sound like they care.. No, if development teams cared about their product they would keep gear, loot, enemies unique and interesting.. Do you see that here.. No, instead they give you a token.. Lol.. What is this a casino? Then you cash it in for loot.. Sounds like a casino to me.. Every other game I've ever played if i kill a boss, beat a level etc. i get my reward right away.. No questions asked.. So why is bungie different in this respect.. Well that's how they keep their bullshit game going day after day. By recycling the content and keeping it locked by running a weekly reset.. But I digress, continue to waste your precious human existence on this terrible product, with nothing to show for it.. Laterz

2 RespuestasRaid gear is fine. Raid gear drop rates is a little stingy. Raid gear not having raid perks is the bigger issue.
-
I don’t think I’m ever gonna play it. The rewards are lame and it doesn’t even look fun.

Editado por DynamixOG: 10/11/2017 2:17:42 PMFor them it makes more sense for us to get the main source of loot from a vendor after the raid INSTEAD of getting loot after killing 6 rabid dogs. Calus is an exception. To top it off, raid armor is nothing special. Just different looks.

1 RespuestaI'm tired of every event involves getting tokens and turning them in to vendors for your drops. It's boring and lazy. In a D1 raid half the fun was listening to people getting their drops and finding what who got what.
-
It's why I quit a month ago. Put in six hours for nothing. I can waste my time other ways...
-
2 RespuestasDidn't you hear, the WHOLE point of this game is to make friends NOT get loot HAVE FUN😃😃👍🏻

3 Respuestaseh. I think its good to make it harder to get stuff. it keeps noobs from getting the goodies XD

Bump couldn't agree more

Editado por OM3GA RAV3N: 10/10/2017 9:51:59 PMI had the same experience. At least in D1 if you progressed in a raid you got SOMETHING cool. Me and some other raid noobs wasted half a night on the new raid for NOTHING. What disappointment.

I know right I did the raid 40 days ago and got nothing but the helmet and it was worse than the one I already had and this was my first time doing the raid
-
3 RespuestasJeez it took you that long to complete, you might need a better clan.

23 RespuestasEditado por jcald--: 10/10/2017 12:16:23 PMRaid is unrewarding? You get a guaranteed top light engram, a guaranteed top light piece of gear, guaranteed three keys which guarantee and top light exotic engram, and a guaranteed top light piece of gear from Hawthorne. That's 4 pieces of gear guaranteed that you get for about a hour and 20 minutes of play and that allows for team wipes. What do you want? Then there are others complaining about not enough grind or everything is cosmetic. After you hit max light everything is cosmetic anyway.

Just power down your game console. Does it matter in the real world? No! Important? No. Stop you bickering!

6 RespuestasLet me put out there that I was the very first guardian who hated the token system and said something about it in week 3. Now everyone is getting the picture? Why now? And why troll my post weeks ago? Now I can say proudly
Called it.
Raid gear looks nice, has no purpose. Bungles reasoning: “We don’t want people to prefer RAID weapons for da RAID”
-
So i did the raid on my warlock, after beating calus we went to go get chest... didnt even leave the raid and i had no keys.... did the same thing on my hunter... didnt leave raid... no keys... this us total bs bungie please look into my account and see that i did this and give me my 8 keys! It did show up after each stage that i got the keys but it was never in my consumables please reply to this and help me out. Im a huge fan so please dont let me down. My warlock is 305 and hunter 303.
-
i agree bungi needs to fix it
-
Raid gear is nothing special anyway
-
2 RespuestasI just want the duplicates to go away in raids. If you do the raid enough times to get everything, thats enough times. They dont need to do dupicate items on the raid rewards table. Raid takes too long to get the same warlock bond or same pulse rifle or whatever over and over.

6 RespuestasAlready bored. Already moved on to Fortnite. This game has the life span of a single player game.

Agreed. Doing end game content isnt worth it. Its purely cosmetic, thanks bungo. Glad my efforts are shown because ai sure as hell am not getting rewarded. Another problem I had with it is that every week since the game came out, all except one, my team got the raid done first which means we got our clan the raid engram. I got a 300 engram, im 305, from hawthorne, but engrams 10 levels below my current level from Benedict. So I have a better chance of doing NOTHING and getting a reward thats beneficial rather than playing the game myself. Im not saying not to give clan engrams, no. We have kids in the clan and people who just dont have the time to do it and I love hearing them excited. But for the ones who complete the raid its a slap in the face.
